Hi Anna,
It was nice to talk to you on Friday and thankyou for some lovely gyros which I had for lunch today.
As discussed, can you please quote me on drawing up some plans for a planning application for U4/834 Point Nepean Rd Rosebud as there is a heritage overlay on the building.
The alterations will include;
- Remove 1 x bathroom window and rebrick the opening
- Replace 1 x bathroom window with a larger one and utilise the excess bricks to fill in the removal of the other window.
- Replace the kitchen window with a smaller window in height above the kitchen bench to allow for overheads cupboards. The opening to be either rebricked or utilise the same timber cladding as the front of the unit.
- Install a new Velux skylight to the bathroom.
- Install a split system (wall mounted external unit) to the right hand side of the property facing the park land.
I’ve got all the product specifications and dimensions available.
