Thanks for sending this through. I've had a good chat with Kathy and here's what we'd like please:

- Facade of the two units not mirror-imaged. I've attached images of 48 Lahona for reference.

- Floorplans as sample below. Ok to be mirror image of each other.

- Staircase:

- Stairs to be in the middle of each unit, with the first step up from GF facing the back of the block.

- Light well around staircase to provide natural light to downstairs.

- Stairs leading to first floor opens straight into Rumpus room.

- Ground floor:

- Kitchen big enough to include fridge, cooktops and sink. No sink on island bench. WIP can be smaller as will only be used for storage.

- GF bedroom to have double doors so it can be used as a formal living room.

- Two-way bathroom to serve both GF bedroom and as powder room.

- First floor:

- Total of 3 bedrooms instead of 4, with each room being slightly larger then currently drawn,

- A bath each in both ensuite and main bathroom,

- Toilet to be big enough for a vanity,

- No balcony, just large windows.
