Hi Guys Refer to new 1st floor plans. . This is what I came up with and put a lot of thought behind the zones and times of use. . I like your option too Maria and there was no more i could do with those floor plans, So here is a totally different outcome from using this process. I think it works very well.
I have celebrated the Bath in the Ens. from the hall way as a view point looking out to the window to filter light from the games room.. This can become a Grand feature to the master Bed when house is in Private mode and only family is in use. When the lounge is active there will be a sliding door that isalates sound to the beds room zones .
As well made a great feature out of the Kitchennet and bar location works fantastic connects very well with all the spaces around it .
Store entry is via the study , I think thats a great feature to have as it multi use with study clutter.
please study the floor plan you will find it makes sence .
Regarding Facade let's works and lock in Floor plan first then we can massage to suit changes to facade. If space allows us I think a Balcony is needed so people can spill out from the games room as you entertain . Great way using front facing balconies and opening that area up when in use and will help withfacade to articulate it.. What do you think.? Happy to meet up now that I have a rythem on yours

Hi Steve
Thanks for meeting us.
We can certainly look at the balcony option if you suggest, something like a semi-enclosed one. Just a suggestion if the balcony be from the living rather than the games which might look good in the facade.
We are happy to go ahead with the idea of bathroom as you suggested for Master. Please can you advise if we use the area from WIR for shower as separate and not infront of the bath tub.
Bed 3 and Bed 5 orientation of the bed to be E-W facing. If we can have the Ensuite of bed 3 door on a bit more left to accomodate the bed.
I have attached the pictures for reference
Thanks for the help.
