Hi Guys Refer to updated Drawings with 2 options . will update model once confirmed . Anychanges need doing the draftperson will complete this to move things along . I will look over it all before submitting for permit .

 

Hi Guys, Refer to Proposed plans . This was my out come . make a time so we can meet up at the office. I think this will cost you way less then the 1st proposal . will speak when we meet . please note have uploaded a VR model as well just click on button . Think this floor plan works well. !!

update: 8:50pm Monday 15/08

  • On demo plan: Master window W4 (this is a new window that will be added, not an existing one that will be demolished). Existing window in master bedroom to be deleted (will be boarded up & cladded with Hardie panels)
  • Chimney to be added to demo plan of it needs to be removed - our preference would be to keep the chimney if possible. Any suggestions on moving the valley?
  • W7 & W8 are awning windows, not fixed
  • W1 should be 1520h x 1815w (with a RHS awning section)
  • Should we have Engineering for the internal walls being removed in the existing house?
  • We’re happy with the garage - all looks well there.

Update Monday 15th AM:

Hi guys!

 

Just a couple of things. I've uploaded 2 new sketches regarding the laundry, W.C, hallways, master bed, W.I.R and ensuite which we changed just to minimise removal of load bearing walls etc. Regarding these can we have the following addressed / updated

- update demo plan according to the sketches

- update proposed floor plan according to the sketches

 

On a side note the following

- W5 to be a 1785 W x 1535 H fixed window. Top of this window is to be in line with the top of SD1 & SD2

- we also were hoping to retain the chimney but if this isn't possible we will have delete it to ceiling height.
