Hi Steve,

Thanks for your time on the phone today. Once again, our condolences on the passing of your father.

Below is a photograph of more or less what we are looking to do in our backyard.

We want to incorporate a shed storage area and and area for the pool equipment either as part of the pool house or annexed to it. We also want a toilet and shower in the pool house with an open area to put a sofa and perhaps a small bar. Ideally, it would also have french doors snd a window in the bathroom area.

As regards the retaining wall, we would look to do concrete blocks around the perimeter of the backyard that we can either render as depicted below or clad with stone.

Not sure whether the retaining wall would be required to go all the way to the side boundary fence or if it could stop just before the pool house as depicted below.

We would look to pave the entire area of the backyard with either travertine or such other stone pavers, depending on cost. As discussed, we also want to remove the existing decking and pave the alfresco too. I’d like to install a pizza oven and bbq in the alfresco area near the eastern boundary of the property (refer to the concept drawing by Normark Landscapes previously sent to you).

We also want an area with synthetic grass (where the trampoline is presently located) for the kids.

If you require any further information, please let me know.

Thanking you once again for your assistance with this project.

Anthony Condello
