KITCHEN

1. We need to utilise the ability to build closer to the boundary (like the amended draft uplouded by Steven) to have a bigger kitchen. We need to wrap around like the samples provided (see pictures and layout samples provided) to create extra space/pantry.

 

GARAGE

1. Need to be bigger if possible (Steven agreed with me at meeting). For units this big we can add something extra like a small works station or bike racks.

 

ROOMS UPSTAIRS

1. We can expand the last room to create extra space. Prefer 3 bigger bedrooms upstairs instead of the small ones.

 

STUDY

1. In this post COVID world we live in a dedicated study is crucial. Like Steven recommended we can do one smaller study and advertise it as a 5 bedroom or 4 bedroom plus study.
