Hi Steve

Sorry we took time to get back to you, we've been shearing and slashing ready for summer.

We have changed the generator room yet again, as John has got correct dimensions for generator please see alterations on uploaded file.

Generator room needs to have room to work around generator, and ability to be able to be moved in and out if required therefore we have changed the access to either a sliding door or a roller door for ease of access. I know it's not aesthetically appealing but we need practical.

We have also changed the toilet area to incorporate a shower, again a sliding cavity door maybe the best option.

We have also made the window openings slightly smaller on the north east wall to allow for hanging space approx 780mm with window openings of 1650 approx.

On the interior house walls we have also eliminated the openings as again we wanted hanging or working space.

The stairs down to studio from kitchen are ok with stairs to be added to bottom landing to access garden., again that will be dependant on how much excavation we do.
