Hi Anna,
I spoke with Steven yesterday arvo and the plans are all ok but there is 1x minor change, as follows.
Looking at the east elevation , on the right hand side of the door, we were wanting a window, of standard sizing please, can run it by me.
I've put in a hand drawing of a rough area of where the window is going to be - attached to this email.
I got a few other questions
1. Do the bricks on the boundary side have to be fire rated or anything
2. When do we get the engineering drawings?
3. With the roof , does the fall have to be on the boundary side or towards the centre of the yard ?
